AGENT BASED BACKUP
This is provided via an agent on each of your critical servers, backing up vital data to secure cloud storage.
This solution is not a perfect off-site Disaster Recovery option because it does not often hold full server images and system states, and takes significantly longer to fully recover in the event of a total server failure, however, is excellent in the short term if you have a total outage because your backed up data is accessible immediately via a secure link.
This link can be provided on demand or can be held by key members of staff.

Annual operating cost starting at £600 unmonitored, or £1,200 which includes monitoring and monthly testing
FULL OFFSITE BACKUP
This is provided via the ‘Backup Copy’ function within your existing Veeam Backup and Replication on-premises backup routine.
Your Servers backup daily to local storage, we protect this by duplicating this backup data to a secure off-premises location daily.
This solution is not perfect for immediate access in the event of a core server hardware failure, however, is perfect for the recovery process should this occur.
Should there be a total failure of your business premises or servers, the data contained within this backup could be used to recover your servers to a fully functional state. Once the hardware has been sourced and configured, the backups could be used to recover this relatively quickly.

Annual operating cost starting at £1,200
OFFSITE STANDBY REPLICA
This is provided via either Veeam Backup and Replication or Hyper-V replication (dependent on your network environment) and is replicated every 15 to 60 minutes.
This provides a full replica of all of your business servers, and acts as a perfect hot standby, should a failure occur within your main server environment. You would be able to failover perfectly to this environment in a matter of minutes.
In addition, this can contain a secondary Windows Domain Controller, adding increased resilience to your computer systems.
This is a comprehensive and perfect disaster recovery and business continuity solution, with a return to operation time of less than one hour, should the worst happen.

Monthly operating cost of £125 per server protected.
Reductions can provided for larger numbers of servers.
