Services Provided
- Server virtualisation
- Private cloud hosting
- Microsoft 365 migration
- Infrastructure modernisation
- Telecommunication
The Challange
Justin Craig Education relied on ageing physical servers for email (Exchange), file storage, and remote desktop access for core applications. The setup was increasingly unreliable, hard to maintain, and lacked flexibility to support future growth or remote access demands.
Our Solution
We virtualised their entire infrastructure and migrated it to our secure, private cloud environment: this reduced physical server dependency and improved overall system stability.
We completed the server upgrade in stages to avoid disruption. We also migrated their email systems from on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365, improving accessibility, uptime, and data resilience.
We have also migrated their phone system to our 3CX platform.
The Result
- Email moved to Microsoft 365 with minimal disruption
- Improved access and reliability for remote users
- Reduced infrastructure risk and complexity
- Modern, scalable server environment without the cost of full public cloud hosting
- Upgraded phone system with remote work capabilities
Why They Chose Confidence IT
They needed a partner who could host their systems in a private environment and guide them through a staged, low-risk transition. Our approach offered both continuity and a future-ready platform.
