A leading UK-based provider of industrial air compressor systems and maintenance services.

Background

The client has a legacy on-premises Dynamics AX system, which was used for contract, operations, and stock control management, as well as being heavily integrated with their accounting tools.

They had decided to adopt BigChange JobWatch, a job management and mobile workforce platform; however, they needed both systems to be integrated and run in tandem.

Their objective was to allow existing business operations to continue without interruption while transitioning to JobWatch to streamline operational efficiency, improve engineer scheduling, and centralise service data across departments.
